If you are going to be employing staff, then you will need to provide them with a contract for a start. It is a good idea, if you are a new company to hire a professional HR person to help you with this side of things, as there are many rules and regulations that you may well not know about (unless you have a background in HR). Even if you do, it may take up a lot of your valuable time, so it is a good investment to have a HR person to deal with this for you. The same applies to book keeping and accountancy – if you can get someone to do this for you, this will free up your own time and avoid any mistakes that can have a huge impact later on down the line
